Our Services

At Baltimore Technology Hub, we believe digital education is a right—not a privilege. We're on a mission to bridge the digital divide by delivering hands-on, bilingual training and tech services that empower underserved communities with the confidence, knowledge, and tools to thrive in today’s digital world.

We offer a wide range of community-centered programs in: Digital Literacy, Cybersecurity & Online Safety, Digital & Workforce Readiness, Custom Training Solutions & much more.

Our teaching model focuses on building competency before skills, ensuring sustainable growth, confidence, and long-term digital success.

Whether you're a nonprofit, small business, government agency, or local organization, our expert team provides flexible support—both in-person and online.

As a federal contractor (NAICS Code 611420), we also provide specialized training and consulting to government agencies, and create youth apprenticeship pathways that build soft and technical skills through real-world experience.

From device rentals to immersive workshops, we’re breaking barriers and creating opportunity because no one should be left behind in the digital age.

“90% of the jobs in the United States by 2030 will require digital skills, so the one-third that are under-skilled are at great risk of being left behind.”
